The Vigyan Bhairav Tantra are ancient teachings, handed down through the ages that help connect us back to our essential nature. These teachings are still relevant today and practicing them can assist us in going beyond the mind and entering into the no mind space. It is comprised of 112 meditations, or sutras. The enlightened master Osho suggests that we take just one and practice it for a length of time and there lies the gift…. beyond words, beyond what the mind can apprehend.
In tantra, there are 12 facets or doorways, that when explored, can bring us to our fullest potential as a sensual, fully expressed being in form. They encompass all aspects of matter and subtle energies of body, mind, spirit and soul. The tantra journey offers an extensive resource of playful exploration enabling us not only to expand our consciousness, but to reconnect once more to our bliss and ecstatic states of being. Join us in returning to an enlivened state of living.
This day being the first of several, we will touch on the facet of the body Body (Sensation/Subtle Body/Origin of Matter). Through the body we access the present moment, enhancing our life energy and tapping into our bliss. This group is for everyone, new comers as well as adepts on the path.
